Oakhill Nature Reserve Update: Tommy Pudding Newt Restored

We’re pleased to share that repairs to the Tommy Pudding newt sculpture were successfully completed yesterday at Oakhill Nature Reserve.

Following earlier damage, where several tiles had come loose or gone missing, the sculpture has now been carefully restored using replacement tiles kindly provided by the original artist, Ben Greenwood. With improved weather conditions allowing the work to go ahead, the team was able to repair the affected areas and return Tommy’s distinctive mosaic skin to its former glory.

Thank you to everyone for your patience while the repairs were carried out. Be sure to stop by and see Tommy looking as good as new!
